Eleuthera in the Out Islands of the Bahamas is known to be a paradise of white and pink sandy beaches. True to the catch phrase of the island, “It’s not for everyone”, the island is ideal for all those who prefer a quiet getaway from the busy life in the city. The place is a serene oasis and is not for those who seek lots of activities, casinos, and nightlife. A true paradise for surfing enthusiasts with huge waves and perfect wind conditions is the Surfer’s Beach situated barely 2 miles away from Gregory Town.

Among the blushing pink beaches in Eleuthera, the French Leave Beach located near Governor’s Harbor is quite popular with visitors to the place.

Located towards the north of Eleuthera, the Preacher’s Beach is perfect for beachside picnics and is home to one of the famous landarks here, the Preacher’s Cave.
