Hand Analysis: 9-10
Ten nine is known as the countdown poker hand, for the tradition of counting down from ten, nine, eight, seven, etc. It is, like jack ten, one of the more popular suited connectors to bring to a flop, as it can make a lot of straights and often will even flop middle or top pair. One big reason I like to play poker onlineN hands like nine ten over hands like queen king or other big face cards is that you don’t often get caught up thinking your pair is best when you flop it, but there is a chance that it really is. It is easier to get away from those flopped pairs with the middle cards, whereas when you flop a king or a queen and it is no good you are often going to put in at least a little bit of money. I also like nines and tens in that when they come on the board your opponent is often not going to be that scared against your aggression, and might even come after you with still unpaired hands like AK and AQ when bigger online poker cards don’t come. Big dividends, low investments: what more could you really ask in a poker hand?
