Live Your Greatest Expectations with the American Singles Events Life
I am not so miserable, but without a date, I get pretty lonely. Get this, merely hours ago I ate a whole bag of Oreos. During my birthday party of loneliness, surprise! I pretend to be ashamed about it. Is that even legal? Honestly, it’s when I honestly looked into singles events in Dallas or Denver.
Easy solution. I’ll meet new singles thru a matchmaking service like Great Expectations Dallas. That sounds like a plan. Prolly wouldn’t be an issue, but it is. When I was a little tipsy at my boy’s t-ball game at Oak Park last week, Mom wanted to know if I have yet to win my true love. I don’t know why they even care. I didn’t want to answer, but then laughed, “that’s none of your business.”
There’s nowhere to hide when “The Twerp” (my nephew, age 9) mindlessly kept jabbing me about true relationships. I joked to all of them: “Dating isn’t for me, but my romantic destiny is right over there!”
Can you believe this? They all laughed at me. Immediately, I emailed my astrologist so I could clear my head. That didn’t help! I didn’t learn a thing. Doug, who was a fellow Ram in high school (go Rams!) suggested that I browse the singles profiles at Great Expectations. I said, “That’s what I was going to do.” I have some good friends. I will never regret joining this dating service full of fun and desirable Dallas singles.
When I started, dating services were kinda foreign as I am a simple guy. This was all really foreign to me, and I was speechless at first. This slip up did not put an end to another incredible Great Expectations event. The evening was a limo pub crawl from heaven. The truth is I’ll never forget all the attractive, single women.
There’s something great about going to these amazing Dallas singles nights with Great Expectations, I bumped into some great people who clearly share a like-minded spirit for how dating should be done. I really shouldn’t allow everyone get on my back about living the bachelor’s life after all these years. Surprisingly enough, doing things with Great Expectations is my pleasure and care-free social experience.
